Alec Kazan is the Business Director of VisLoft Studios and a media professional with a background in creative production, studio operations, and content development. Having studied at Seneca College and York University, Alec has been actively involved in media environments such as Radio Glendon, where he gained hands-on experience in studio management and full-scale production workflows. He is also the creator and host of the podcast Yeet Talks, leading both creative direction and execution. With over six years of acting experience and time as a unionized ACTRA performer, Alec brings a strong understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry.

Working alongside is Krisstopher James aka KJ, VisLoft’s Operations Director, a Toronto-born audio engineer and music producer with years of experience in recording, mixing, sound design, and production. Self-taught and driven by a deep attention to detail, KJ began making music at 16 and has since learned directly from award-winning engineers and producers. As a recording artist himself, he understands the importance of precision and nuance, ensuring that every project, especially podcasts, meets a high standard of clarity, balance, and polish.

Together, Alec and KJ built VisLoft Studios  to provide a professional, reliable creative space that bridges strong business leadership with high-level technical execution, designed by creators who understand every stage of the production process.
